The song All The Things You Are was composed by Jerome Kern (1885-1945), American composer of musical theatre and popular songs), with lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II (1895-1960), American lyricist, librettist, producer and director. Hammerstein with Richard Rodgers created Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific, The King and I, and The Sound of Music.

All The Things You Are was first featured in the 1939 musical Very Warm for May and was also used in a later film in 1944, Broadway Rhythm. It has a meandering verse which is rarely used but the melodic chorus has been covered by many singers and jazz musicians. Zenith will only cover the chorus.
