Music Bob Thiele, lyrics George David Weiss, arrangement: Mark A. Brymer

What a Wonderful World was first recorded by Louis Armstrong and released in 1967 as a single, which topped the pop charts in the United Kingdom, making Armstrong the oldest male chart topper, until his record was broken by Tom Jones in 2009. After appearing in the film Good Morning, Vietnam, the song was re-released as a single in 1988 and sold more in the USA than when it was first released there. It was recorded in 2007 by Katie Melua and Eva Cassidy.

Bob Thiele (1922-1996) was an American record producer who worked on classic jazz albums and record labels.

George David Weiss (1921-2010) was a prolific songwriter and arranger during the 1940s-1960s, also collaborating on film scores and musicals.
