Welcome to Zenith Harmony. We are an a cappella singing group based in Kenilworth. A cappella singing is singing in several parts in harmony with voices only (no instruments).
The word Zenith signifies something that’s at its highest. We believe that the a cappella style is the zenith of singing. The sound of the human voice without instruments is uniquely beautiful and you can just get a couple of friends together and sing in the home, maybe with some refreshments, or join a big group whose voices echo through a cathedral.
Songs have been written to be sung a cappella for hundreds of years, from medieval motets to up-to-the-minute gospel, folk, art and popular songs. The variety is amazing and to take a peek is to open the door to a new universe of music and history.
At Zenith Harmony we love being part of that great tradition and singing songs of different styles and eras. We usually have 5-8 members at any one time and we welcome new people. We have performed at open days at Charterhouse Priory, in churches and bars in Coventry and Warwickshire, and at concerts by Unlock The Music Concert Making.
